There are no refunds on any of the services. All services are Non-Transferable.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24-hour notice for cancellations for any reservations made by phone or online bookings. If you fail to call, text, or leave a voicemail message, we will charge you for the full amount of the session. This will include late cancellations, no shows and missed appointments. If you purchased a colonic package, we would deduct your missed appointment from your package.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will have to shorten your session time so the next client will not be delayed.
The $50 fee will be credited toward your vitamin purchase. This fee will not be refunded for no-shows.
Expiration Date on Colonic Packages
All Colonic Packages expire in 6 months from the date of purchase. You must use all your colonic packages within a 6-month period, no exceptions.
Reservations
Please note that your credit card information is required to hold your reservation and will be billed for the full amount of any services.
Payments
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and HSA cards. We do not accept American Express. Please properly check your HSA coverage for colon hydrotherapy sessions prior to making your reservations.
